Web Sim Sports Inc., a studio specializing in online sports gaming, launched a unique hockey simulator in July 2009, Web Sim Hockey, which is a multiplayer strategy game played entirely on the Web. As part of the Sports Administration program offered by Laurentian University, Web Sim Hockey is being used for educational purposes to provide a realistic management experience for the students. RBC has announced its call for grant applications for the 2011-2012 school year. The RBC After-School Grants Project is offering more than $2 million in grants to fund first-time and renewed grant recipients. The grants are awarded by regional community panels made up of experts in the fields of youth and education.
