The NUMIX Awards recognize excellence in Québec-based multimedia productions and showcase the quality and creative talent of Québec’s digital media companies. The CMF, with its objective of promoting innovation in the digital media industry by providing financial support for productions with original content, was the event’s principal partner for the third consecutive year. Intellectual Property Profession Calls for Improved IP Laws

Canada Media Fund Reports High Demand For Convergent Digital Media Incentive

Canada Media FundThe Canada Media Fund announced today that the Convergent Digital Media Incentive (CDMI) for English language projects is now closed due to a high number of eligible applications received. The CMF will no longer be accepting applications from applicants who wish to receive funds for their English language digital media component from this incentive.
