TransGaming Inc. has finally released their extremely addictive new game, KULA BLOX. The title, created by TransGaming’s Department of Fun, in-house Studio Division, leverages the company’s cross-platform game enablement technologies and will be made available on iPhone, iPod Touch (99 cents), iPad ($1.99), Mac, PC and TransGaming’s GameTree TV Platform. JPK Games has released it latest title to the iTunes App Store. Available as a free downloand, Starcatcher is a universal arcade game for iOS devices. A very simple game to learn, players can touch anywhere on the screen and make the ship move using finger motions. The ship will move the same distance as indicated by finger touch, so to take advantage of a full range of motion without lifting your finger, touch on or just under the ship, but isn’t necessary.
Starcatcher, like JPK Games’ previous title Flew The Coop, is a high score based game played on a single level. The level gets progressively harder the farther your ship travels. Starcatcher is Game Centre compatible, posting high scores and maintaining a leaderboard. Players can also post their progress to Twitter provided they have the Twitter API installed on their devices.

Mobile software development firm eMobiSoft Inc. is gearing up to launch their physics challenge game “Troll Blaster” which sets out to claim its place among iOS classics. Troll Blaster is a projectile destruction game which has players strategically select from a choice of weapons to destroy structures holding the “evil” trolls. The player then pulls the weapon back selecting power and trajectory and then launches it smashing into the structures.
