Ubisoft® has unveiled the development of Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Blacklist, the next blockbuster title in the critically acclaimed Tom Clancy franchise. The game will be available worldwide for the Xbox 360®, PlayStation®3 and Windows PC in spring 2013.
