The Force Is Strong On Family Channel With The Premiere Of Phineas And Ferb: Star Wars

Family ChannelFamily Channel travels to a galaxy far, far away this summer with the premiere of the new crossover special Phineas and Ferb: Star Wars. Debuting Friday, August 8 at 5:30 p.m. ET/PT, the perilous parody takes place in a parallel universe during Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope and follows the spontaneous stepbrothers as they embark on an epic adventure across the galaxy. English actor, writer and comedian, Simon Pegg, guest stars as the voice of C-3PO and Candace’s Commanding Officer, along with MythBusters hosts, Adam Savage and Jamie Hyneman, who voice members of the Empire. BC Talent Featured At Casual Connect USA

Province of BCBritish Columbia’s innovative and creative casual games industry will showcase their talents at the professionals-only Casual Connect conference in San Francisco today and tomorrow. The B.C. government will be there to support them by providing meeting space and business-to-business matchmaking. Vancouver-based Imaginary Games will be featured in the IDEA Showcase at the conference and their social mobile game Afterland is highlighted in the latest issue of Casual Connect magazine.
