Peanuts Worldwide and Loud Crow Interactive Inc., today announced a multi-year partnership to produce a series of interactive digital book apps based on the popular PEANUTS animated television specials. The first title launching today is “A Charlie Brown Christmas,” is available now for iOS and Android mobile devices. In this re-telling of the iconic Christmas classic, the book features original animations, voices, and musical scores from the 1965 television special. Just Dance continues to garner positive reception from consumers as Just Dance 3 becomes the best-selling game on the Wii™ system from Nintendo for the month of October in Canada, according to today’s report from the NPD Group. Witnessing a professional musician make attempts at rhythm games can be painful. Does Rush failing its own Tom Sawyer on Rock Band with an embarrassing 31% completion rate come to mind? That scenario won’t be repeated with Ubisoft’s latest title Rocksmith — at least that’s the hope, says producer Jason Schroeder.

Going Loud Studios is proud to announce that “DLC Quest” is now available on the Xbox Live Indie Games marketplace. Gamers can download it for 80 MS Points and find out what happens when DLC practices go too far.  In this latest title from the Ottawa-based indie developer,  players will defeat the bad guy, save the world and get the girl in a game that mocks the game development industry and its foibles – but first you’ll need to find coins to buy DLC to enable animation, sound and even pausing.
