Interactive Entertainment has announced LEGO® Friends, currently being developed for the Nintendo 3DS™ and Nintendo DS™ by TT Games, in partnership with Burnaby’s Hellbent Games.  Scheduled for release this fall, LEGO Friends will offer creative gameplay based on the fun and excitement found in the already-popular LEGO Friends collection of building sets, which launched in 2012 and introduces new adventures in 2013.

Digital advertising platform and solutions provider Videology has released its 1^st quarter findings on the video advertising market in Canada based on an analysis of 51 million impressions delivered via its platform from January to March 2013. Among the findings, Videology found that Canada continues to outpace other markets in terms of cross-device video advertising. The share of digital video ad impressions placed on mobile and connected TV in the 1^st quarter amounted to 37%, with the remainder placed online. Comparatively, 26% of impressions were placed on mobile and connected TV the previous quarter—an 11% increase quarter-over-quarter. Amazon’s LOVEFiLM, along with MGM Television (MGM), has today announced the premiere of the highly-rated and critically acclaimed epic television series “Vikings,” exclusively on LOVEFiLM Instant in the UK and Germany, making the streaming service the first and only place to watch the hit series in these countries. “Vikings” will premiere on LOVEFiLM Instant in the UK on May 24th 2013 and Germany on 15th June 2013 and will be available exclusively on the streaming service in both countries. MGM Television is serving as the international distributor in all markets outside of the U.S., Ireland and Canada.
