Pure and Noble Launches OpinCity

opincityOpinCity is an app designed by Waterloo’s Pure And Noble, Inc. for locals to better discover their city. It’s a location based service (LBS) app that uses the GPS on your iOS and Android device to deliver time sensitive, and close-by results. It may be a concert, a Tuesday night wing special, or a neighbour’s snowblower for sale. The user is in control of the things they see, and it’s always around the corner. Strings attached: Ubisoft launches Rocksmith

Witnessing a professional musician make attempts at rhythm games can be painful. Does Rush failing its own ubisoft canadaTom Sawyer on Rock Band with an embarrassing 31% completion rate come to mind? That scenario won’t be repeated with Ubisoft’s latest title Rocksmith — at least that’s the hope, says producer Jason Schroeder.
