I was watching one of the Titanic shows on National Geographic channel last evening and found out about the Fisheries and Marine Institute’s Centre for Marine Simulation, which is located in St. John’s, Newfoundland. The simulator was used to run some simulations in regards to the Titanic’s collision with the iceberg. Already being familiar with the number flight simulation developers we have in Canada, I wasn’t really surprised to find that we also have a pretty incredible marine simulator as well.

According to Health Canada, one in five Canadians will experience a mental illness in their lifetime and virtually all of us will know someone who is or will be affected by mental illness.
