Conquer Mobile, a Vancouver-based developer of secure enterprise workforce apps, joined Sanotron’s recent Hacking Health event and swept up awards with eBeeper, a breakthrough mobile app for Emergency Departments. The Sanotron Hacking Health event in Vancouver attracted over 200 people and assembled over 30 projects, to innovate health technology and complete for prizes. QuickMobile, a Vancouver-based provider of mobile event app solutions, has closed a $3.2 million round of funding led by existing investors, BDC IT Venture Fund and Vancity. The infusion of capital will allow QuickMobile to add the resources required to meet the unprecedented demand for its new multi-event mobile app platform and continue its international expansion. This funding follows $2.6 million of equity investments received in 2011 from angel investors and Vancity, and a $3.3 million round led by BDC IT Venture Fund in 2012.
