The Banff World Media Festival today announced that Chuck Lorre – the award-winning television creator, writer and producer known for such hit comedy series such as “Two and a Half Men,” “The Big Bang Theory” and “Mike & Molly” – will receive the 2012 Sir Peter Ustinov Comedy Award on Tuesday, June 12.
