BMO Study Finds That A Majority of Canadian Women Would Start Their Own Business

bmoA new study from BMO Bank of Montreal reveals that 71 per cent of Canadian women would become their own boss if they had the opportunity, and eight in ten women say that having access to role models or mentors would be a key ingredient to their success as business owners. New Speech Button App Gives Voice To Many

wipitupManitoba’s Wip It Up is proud to announce the launch of Speech Button, a new App now available in iTunes. Speech Button is an augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) app for children and adults who are non-verbal or who have difficulty speaking. It was born out of a collaboration of ideas between two practicing therapists from Winnipeg, Carole Conyers, a School Psychologist and Board Certified Behaviour Analyst and Speech-Language Pathologist Nancy Clarke-Shipman. NBC To Broadcast New CTV Series Saving Hope

e-oneEntertainment One (eOne) and CTV are proud to jointly announce that NBC has come on board as the U. S. broadcaster of Ilana C Frank Films’ new one-hour original drama series, Saving Hope. In November, CTV announced it had ordered 12 one-hour episodes of the series, joining a pilot shot last summer.
