MaxHire Recruiting Software Adds Enterprise-Class Financials

maxhireRecruiting software developer MaxHire Solutions Inc. has announced the addition of MaxHire Financials. MaxHire Financials will provide enterprise-class commission calculations, payroll, invoicing, timesheets and expense reporting built into the MaxHire recruiting software.

“We’re excited to provide MaxHire customers with complete end-to-end automation with the addition of MaxHire Financials,” said Peter Blitz, CEO of MaxHire. “Our goal is to provide staffing firms with one integrated solution so including functionality to allow firms to manage commission calculations, payroll, invoicing, timesheets and expense reporting was a clear path for us.”

By listening to feedback from current and prospective customers, MaxHire realized that people wanted a solution that would automate the full recruiting and staffing lifecyle from business development to invoicing customers. Adding Financials to the existing MaxHire product will help recruiting and staffing firms reduce costly mistakes, eliminate duplicate data entry and cut down on the time it takes for recruiters get paid, all problems associated with using disconnected software from multiple vendors.

MaxHire Financials will be fully integrated with popular back office accounting software like QuickBooks and Microsoft Dynamics so that financial workflows will be completely automated. The software has been built to support complex permanent and contract commission plans so that firms do not need to purchase a separate specialized commissions program. MaxHire Financials is easy to use for both employees and customers and since it is built right into MaxHire, recruiters and account managers will be able to see live revenue and commission totals from their MaxHire dashboards.
