ChannelAdvisor Adds Support for Amazon Canada

channeladvisorChannelAdvisor, a North Carolina-based e-commerce solution provider that enables retailers to sell more across online channels, has announced that retailers can now list products on Amazon Canada through the Marketplaces solution. With this addition of support for Amazon Canada, ChannelAdvisor is the only integrated e-commerce marketing platform that supports retailers selling on Amazon in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France and Germany.

“Cross-border trade is a major driver of e-commerce growth, and it’s our mission to help our customers reach the widest possible audience for their products,” said ChannelAdvisor President and COO David Spitz. “Amazon Canada is the newest addition to our global platform as we continue to expand our presence in North America, EMEA and Asia-Pac. We’re excited to provide yet another source of demand for our customers and to be their strategic partner for growth on a global basis.”

ChannelAdvisor will offer support for the following product categories: Home & Garden, Home Improvement & Tools, Software, Sporting Goods and Watches. More categories will be added as they are made available by Amazon. Amazon has not yet rolled out Fulfillment by Amazon in Canada, so this service is currently unavailable to retailers.

Customers will also benefit from the full capabilities of ChannelAdvisor’s Amazon 360 dashboard, a new feature of the Marketplaces solution that provides retailers a more comprehensive view into their performance on Amazon. This transparency into all of the essential information—performance metrics, top-selling products, unshipped orders—enables retailers to be better sellers, improving their seller rank on Amazon.

ChannelAdvisor powers more than 3,000 retailers, including many of the largest, most successful retail brands such as Dell, Victoria’s Secret, Under Armour, Staples, Crocs, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Jos. A. Bank, Urban Outfitters and more.
