The Federal Government of Canada and The Government of British Columbia are supporting the International B2B Meetings at Merging Media 2011 to enable Canadian companies to meet visiting delegates to the Merging Media 2011 Conference. US Media Companies including Amazon, YouTube, Lionsgate and Google will be participating in the one-on-one sessions that will be held at the W2 Media Cafe from 9am-5pm on Oct 28. Matchmaking sessions will be set up between companies from the US and Canadian companies who may wish to meet for partnering and collaboration purposes and to explore business opportunities. Delegates will have the opportunity for one-on-one business development meetings with delegates attending the conference in the cross-media space. Precedence will be given to attendees of the Merging+Media 2011’s Conference & Masterclass. There is still time to register, but spaces are running out.
