Dr. Nancy MacKay is the CEO and Co-founder or MacKay & Associates. Her company accelerates CEO and executive performance through world-class peer groups across Canada involving over 200 members. Nancy has received numerous awards, including being chosen as one of the Top 100 Most Powerful Women in Canada in 2008.
