BroadbandTV Expands Service Offering With Talent Management Partnership
Vancouver-based Multi-Channel Network BroadbandTV has announced a strategic partnership with top YouTube talent management company Atomic Partners, which is based in New York City. The exclusive deal brings together the scale and reach of the leading MCN with deep talent management expertise from the New York agency. The partnership brings a number of premium channels to BroadbandTV’s growing MCN network, including: KYR SP33DY, Woodysgamertag and Videogames.
Regarding the partnership, BroadbandTV Founder & CEO, Shahrzad Rafati comments, “Since inception we’ve focused on building a solid, scalable and high growth business. BroadbandTV now boasts more than 12,000 channel partners, over 70 full time staff and closed an initial funding round of $36 million from European entertainment and broadcasting network RTL Group in June 2013.
