CWC Game Changers TMT Executive Learning Framework

cwcCanadian Women in Communications is pleased to announce the release of Game Changers TMT Executive Learning Framework, available now for download as a PDF.  Whether you’re looking for a tool to help you assess your executive skills for the digital landscape or planning training for those on your team, you’ll find this to be an invaluable resource.

As we are all aware, in the digital economy, talent is key. As the Canadian technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) sectors are transformed by digital technologies, leadership skillsets and careers are in parallel transition.  CWC commissioned Kate Hanley of Digital Theory who, in consultation with some of the most respected and knowledgeable leaders in this huge and varied industry, produced Game Changers TMT Executive Learning Framework, a report funded in part by Status of Women Canada that is a forward-looking perspective on the key executive skills needed in the digital environment.  The Executive Learning Framework was developed with TMT industry leaders to bring the latest digital management skills and related learning themes together in a one-stop planning resource.
