The Power of Electronic Payments Stimulates Economic Growth in Canada

visa canadaThe growth in the use of electronic payment products, such as credit and debit cards, added US$9.7 billion to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of Canada over the past four years, according to a study conducted for Visa by Moody’s Analytics, a leading independent provider of economic forecasting. Toronto 2015 Mascot Creation Challenge For Kids To Hold Workshops In Ontario

toronto2015A crack team of top Canadian athletes and award-winning illustrators is warming up their coloured pencils and getting their game faces on to host a series of workshops—starting this Friday—to help inspire young people to enter the Toronto 2015 Mascot Creation Challenge, which closes in just four weeks’ time. The workshops on Friday and Saturday will be held in libraries and community centres throughout Toronto, Ajax, Caledon, Hamilton, Markham and Mississauga.
