FrostByte Media Inc. and Entertainment One have announced their joint venture as the Canadian market DVD and music distributors of XII Tribes Entertainment’s TV drama series SIGNS, the XII Tribes Entertainment (XIITE) production is distributed by Panini Media and is at the 2012 Banff World Media Festival. The TV show is a drama series created by Michel Zgarka, produced by Albert Sagales, directed by Randy Bradshaw and starring, among others, Ysé Brisson and Natacha Reigner, most of whom will be in attendance at the festival.

SIGNS is the first drama series that stars twelve leading female characters. Managing transnational companies by waging battles according to the strengths and weaknesses of their inherited ancestral zodiacal sign, their tribulations are lived with intelligence, grace and courage. Through the unveiling prism of astrology and following the traditional US drama series, SIGNS is a ferocious battle for power and global markets between two competing companies in a world facing a steep economic crisis.

Not just another corporate drama thriller, SIGNS will lead audiences to look at the business world in a new light through the lenses of power, money, love, and astrology and how they shape, magnify and reveal our characters’ behaviors and intrigues.

Manchester Holdings is owned by the mysterious William Manchester, a man unwillingly influenced by the powers of Daphne Bright, a gifted astrologer. At the helm of his conglomerate of 12 companies he has placed the determined, talented and brilliant Natacha De La Tour.

Handpicked by William Manchester, not only according to their impressive resumes but also according to their Zodiac signs, powerful and bright executive women are running each of the twelve companies under the authority of De La Tour. And so, when Sir Robin MacLaren, head of the greedy MCL group, attacks Manchester Holdings on every front, Natacha with the help of her 12 CEOs will have to face, fight and stop him.

Today has been designated SIGNS day at the Banff World Media Festival, and XIITE will hold a treasure hunt-like contest which will have 12 different astrological-sign stickers placed all over the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel to be discovered. Upon discovery of all twelve style stickers via QR code, delegates are encouraged to visit the VIP table to report their findings so that each potential winner will qualify for the final draw.

The prizes include an invitation on the set of the TV show production, all expenses paid, either in Alberta (Calgary and/or Banff), France (Paris, Bordeaux Wine Region or Cote d’Azur) and Singapore.
