Hospitality and entertainment company INK Entertainment heats up the 2012 summer music season with VELD Music Festival. Featuring an unprecedented, globally acclaimed musical line-up, VELD will touch down in Toronto at Downsview Park on August 4^th and 5^th, 2012.

Fans of a wide range of electronic music and talent can expect to revel in the DJ sets of today’s biggest names, rain or shine. Over the course of two days and spanning across two stages, the all-ages festival will feature a 19+ VIP area for 3000 guests, complete with bar, washroom facilities, priority parking and fast access. Collaborating with the biggest stars and labels in EDM, VELD is the culmination of the world’s top talent and show producers, all ready to redefine and eclipse festival-goers’ expectations.

Enhanced by an ideal open setting, Downsview Park will host fans while providing the optimal festival environment. Conveniently located to a variety of public transit routes and Downsview Subway Station, the park is equipped with a variety of amenities such as concessions and parking to amplify a comfortable festival experience.

VELD tickets will be made available for public purchase online, at 10 AM EST, on April 26^th, 2012 and will provide access for the two days. Fans can receive exclusive pre-sale, front-of-the-line access for ticket purchase through signing up on Facebook and Twitter. A limited block of 1000 General Admission tickets will be available at $69.50, followed by a block of 4000 tickets to be released at $89.50, and third block of 5000 tickets to be released at $129.50 (all plus tax + service charge). The first 1000 VIP tickets will be available at $199.50 and a second batch of 1000 VIP tickets will be $299.50 (both plus tax + service charge). VIP tickets are limited to just 3000 units and all ticket holders must be 19 years or older. Additional General Admission and VIP tickets will be released, though fans are encouraged to purchase their tickets early for preferential pricing. Tickets are available online from InkTickets or veld music festival. Tickets will be available at authorized retail outlets throughout Toronto, at a later date. VELD Music Festival will engage fans through its social media channels, providing the public with updates, news, photos and artist mixes, leading up to and post festival.
