cfactor And Human Capital Institute Launch Online Community

cfactor workscfactor, in partnership with the Human Capital Institute (HCI), has announced the launch of an online talent community dedicated to delivering insightful content, fresh perspectives and a variety of media resources for human resources practitioners.

Rapid advances in technology have changed the way people interact, create, and communicate. However, most HR functions have yet to take full advantage of emerging technologies and practices like social media, real-time collaboration, workforce analytics, and workforce visualization tools.cfactor online community

As part of HCI’s Talent Strategy research and educational program, the online community, Optimizing HR Management, focuses on the role emerging technologies can play in reshaping the way companies interact with their employees across the entire talent lifecycle. Starting in April, the community will feature a four part webinar series focused on offering participants practical examples and best practices for embracing these new technologies.

“We are proud to be working with HCI, a global leader in talent management research and education,” said Cary Schuler, CEO, cfactor Works Inc. “Through our new online community, we look forward to bringing together leading practitioners to share their insights. Numerous advances in technologies and practices have revealed more efficient ways to manage and engage a workforce. We believe continued education is critical in this area in order to enable organizations to adopt the best practices that will ultimately fuel their economic performance and success.”

“We are pleased to have a partner like cfactor for our online Talent Strategy track on Optimizing HR Management,” says Carl Rhodes, CEO of HCI. “We look forward to drawing on their decade-plus of experience to help business leaders maximize talent efficiency while minimizing disruptive restructuring.”
