The eValue™ Efficiency Calculator is a software as a service tool designed to calculate the performance of corporate social media campaigns by comparing natural (earned) engagement behavior of online communities against the paid promotion and management efforts deployed by companies to build these followings. The Calculator analyzes publicly-available data from the Facebook, Twitter and Youtube accounts of over 5000 global brands and ranks all resulting performance figures on a percentile scale.
The Efficiency Calculator is the first tool to be deployed in the eValue™ Social Media ROI Suite, which will be released to the public in mid-April. Already testing the product in Beta mode are leading consumer brands such as Air Transat, Post Foods Canada Corp., and Koodo Mobile®.
