DAP Technologies To Upgrade Quebec Facility

dap technologiesDAP Technologies announced late yesterday that the company will be upgrading its operations in Quebec with a new facility for research and development, service, and support functions. DAP will also be  expanding operations into the Southeast US with a new office in Atlanta. Headquartered in Tempe, Arizona, DAP Technologies also offers worldwide support and service through its additional locations and service centers in Canada, the U.K. and the Czech Republic.

“Our solutions-based approach to computer hardware means we spend more time with our partners and customers understanding their unique challenges and applications in order to customize solutions that both address current needs and adapt to accommodate future changes in their business,” said David Molesworth, general manager for DAP Technologies. “As we continue to grow, our new Atlanta location will allow us to work more closely with many of our partners and customers in the Southeast.”

Since its founding in 1979, DAP has focused on anticipating the needs of enterprise users in challenging environments. DAP introduced the world’s first VGA tablet computer in 2002, and today offers a full line of rugged computers including its seventh-generation M9010 tablet, which combines the user-friendly functionality of consumer tablets with the ruggedness and operability required in industrial applications.

DAP specializes in handheld, tablet and vehicle-mount computers for industries including warehouse, distribution, utilities, field service, logistics, manufacturing, oil and gas, public safety, and security.
