Sarah Elaine Eaton, founder of Onate Press said that “I started out as a self-published author in 2002. Over the past 9 years, I have learned a tremendous amount about publishing, commercializing, marketing and selling books. I put together a team of designers, editors and other professionals to help us launch this new endeavour. The press now carries titles from another Calgary author, Alia Azim Garcia, whose first book will be released later this month. We are so excited to showcase the work of other Canadian authors.”
