HECterraVancouver – The launch of Hecterra.com gives students the opportunity to research and compare every educational institution in Canada and even globally. The network offers profiles and information on institutions that includes opportunities, tuition costs, program descriptions, and more.

In development for five years, Vancouver Librarian Erez Segal has sought to create a one-stop shop for educational and career opportunities in Canada. The network is organized through region, institution-type, and educational field, providing an answer to any question regarding Canadian education.

Not ranking schools and programs, Hecterra lets students make up their mind based on facts and information provided by the network. It also features a comprehensive database of thousands of Canadian organizations offering employment opportunities on their websites
Erez, founder of Hecterra.com, started this network of sites to help solve a crucial problem for students interested in pursuing higher education. “Choosing the best college or university and a program of study for a prospective student is a difficult challenge. Our aim is to provide a comprehensive comparison of the various aspects of higher education so that an individual can have all the available information required to make the best choice for their future.”

The Hecterra network is composed of four websites, each tailored to their respective region (Canada, US, Australia, and the UK) and unified under the Hecterra brand. The network experiences over 450,000 unique visitors a month.

About the Hecterra Network
Hecterra’s aim is to provide education and career seekers an online resource to the options they have available in Canada and abroad. It is composed of four websites: Canadian-universities.net, Campusprogram.com, UK-universities.net, and Australian-universities.net. The network has been in development for five years and is looking to expand further globally in the future.
