Dominion Card Services Continues Team Building Process

dominion card servicesDominion Card Services primary focus is to address the recurring problems of poor customer service, excessively high rates and fees and questionable business practices. It was apparent to Co-founder Kelly Froese that “a team of only the best in the industry”would make the impact they were looking for. To that end, Dominion Card Services is pleased to announce the additions of Roberto Cabrone as VP of Business Development, and Forrest Bivens as Regional Relationship Manager. Both come to DCS with a history of strong client-centric focus.

Roberto Cabrone comes from the Vancouver Whitecaps FC where he previously served as their Director of Sales for the last five years. Roberto’s dedication to customer service, placing their needs and requirements first and foremost achieved him recognition and numerous awards in his past position. These qualities enabled Cabrone to develop trustworthy and solid relationships with clients and companies throughout North America. The appointment of Roberto Cabrone to Dominion is an ideal fit and directly reflects our belief of customer first. Roberto will apply his skills to develop new corporate relationships and maximize existing ones by emphasizing the industry’s voluntary Code of Conduct, Dominions transparency and cost plus pricing, and how this makes an impact on their business. Cabrone will assist in growing Dominion’s brand and presence throughout British Columbia and Canada.

Forrest Bivens has spent the past two years in the SW Ontario Merchant Services industry putting his clients first; many documenting so with their written accolades, recommendations and thanks. His focus is a perfect match with Dominion Card Services mission of strict adherence to the transparency and accountability tenants of the industry Code of Conduct. Bivens will assist on expanding Dominion’s Merchant Advisor team in the Eastern markets with a commitment that few other players in the industry have; one that mirrors the industry’s Code of transparency and accountability.

The Dominion leadership has clearly made a statement with client education, transparent cost-plus pricing and personalized service prior to these two additions to their leadership. With this announcement, their commitment to continuing this course has been firmly reiterated.
