Communitech’s HYPERDRIVE Program Names Strategic Legal Services Advisor

Wildeboer Dellelce LLPWildeboer Dellelce LLP is pleased to announce that it will act as one of three legal services firms to provide mentorship and legal advisory services to participant companies in Communitech’s HYPERDRIVE program. Communitech is set to launch its HYPERDRIVE program, a high octane start-up incubator, with a slate of seven ready for prime time start-ups, later this month.

The HYPERDRIVE program is a new $30 million tech start-up incubator program with a global focus to seed, fund, and grow new businesses into “Series A” VC funded companies.

Wildeboer Dellelce LLP is one of Canada’s largest standalone securities and corporate finance law firms, serving Canadian and international emerging companies and deal makers as the go-to partner for leaders driven to grow or transform their businesses.
