Online accounting and bookkeeping services provider LedgersOnline Inc. announced their new online document management software as a service offering, LedgerDocs, a cloud based system for the storage, sharing and collaboration of accounting documents online. It aims to connect business owners with their bookkeepers and accountants virtually in order to manage their finances.
“We are very excited about this new offering as we feel there is a growing demand amongst bookkeepers, accountants and businesses for a solution like this. Our main goal with LedgerDocs is to improve the collaboration around accounting documents and to eventually be a mainstay in everyday bookkeeping and accounting,” says Wayne Zielke, CEO.
Business owners can upload their documents to their bookkeeper or accountant using LedgerDocs. They can also capture a receipt using their smartphone at the inception of a transaction. This solves the pain of collecting all those receipts every month in order to maximize tax deductions and keep up to date financial records. LedgerDocs allows these users to minimize the effort on the tasks that we all love to avoid.
Bookkeepers and Accountants are using LedgerDocs to manage multiple client engagements, which lets them keep all client documents in one, secure online document storage place. They can easily invite each of their clients to view their files, make notes, and provide context to their documents with the flexibility to seamlessly flow through them from any computer using the in-browser document viewer.
“With LedgerDocs our bookkeeping is a snap. We simply upload all of our paperwork or send a picture of our receipts to have them recorded by our bookkeeper,” says Ted Nugent, Genius Factor Games Inc.
LedgerDocs is currently in Beta and offering a free trial account with no restrictions or obligations. Pricing is also available on LedgerDocs website and plans start from $4 per month.
