International Datacasting Corporation, an Ottawa-based digital content solutions distributor for the world’s premiere broadcasters, has announced that Cory Garbolinsky has resigned as the Corporation’s Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance, effective June 6, 2012 and has committed to assist the Corporation with the completion of its first quarter of fiscal 2013 consolidated financial statements and related filings. The Corporation has initiated a search for a new Chief Financial Officer.
