Bell Aliant Invests 2.6 Million Dollars To Bring FibreOP TV And Internet To Yarmouth

Bell AliantBell Aliant is bringing its fibre-to-the home (FTTH) network to Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, investing $2.6 million to expand its FibreOP™ services to 5,000 homes and businesses in the area. Yarmouth customers can pre-register for FibreOP service or call 1-866-(1-866-342-7367) to be notified when service is available in their area.

“FibreOP is the only 100 per cent fibre optic network that goes straight to a customer’s home and delivers up to 250 Mbps download and 30 Mbps upload – the fastest download and upload Internet speeds available in the market today,” said Andre LeBlanc, VP Residential Product, Bell Aliant. “We are excited to offer our Yarmouth area customers the FibreOP experience – it is truly changing how customers connect, communicate and watch TV.”
