Radiant Communications Appoints New President And CEO
Broadband Solutions for Business™ provider Radiant Communications Corp. has announced that Paul Healey, formerly Interim President and CEO, has been officially appointed as the corporation’s President and CEO.

With today’s appointment I am committed to continuing this transformation process to build Radiant into a leading provider of managed networks and hosting services to our coveted list of customers including many of Canada’s most well known household brand names.”
Mr. Healey has been the Interim President and CEO of Radiant since August of 2011. An experienced telecommunications leader he formerly held executive positions at both BCE and Rogers Communications including President Bell Canada, Western Canada. Mr. Healey’s most recent role was as President & CEO of a national franchise growth company.
In conjunction with this appointment Mr. Healey has been granted 950,000 share purchase options at a strike price of $0.75 a share which vest over a three year period.
