ConceptWave Enables Orga Systems Order2Cash Solution

conceptwaveConceptWave Software Inc., a provider of Communication Lifecycle Management solutions for the global communications service provider market, has partnered with Orga Systems GmbH to enable the Orga Systems Order2Cash (OS.Order2Cash) solution. Together, the solution will help accelerate end-to-end service introduction and enhance operational efficiency by introducing Customer Care, Product Management and Order Fulfillment for customer care, order capture and fulfillment.

OS.Order2Cash addresses market demand for fully integrated configurable products versus costly, custom software solutions. The flexible, easy-to-configure solution will deliver value to service providers through the use of pre-built customer and ordering structures and processes – all driven via a central Catalog. This will enable providers to rapidly capture new revenue opportunities and respond to dynamic business conditions. The integration of ConceptWave functionality into OS.Order2Cash brings billing and rating functionality to the customer centric channels and fulfillment processes, which results in direct improvements in order-to-cash lifecycle.

“Combining ConceptWave’s configurable, standards-based customer, product and order functionality with Orga Systems widely deployed billing solutions will offer service providers deep BSS integration and an end-to-end view of service fulfillment,” says Ari Banerjee, Senior Analyst, Heavy Reading. “It will enable service providers to meet their current needs for a very flexible integrated solution while leveraging their existing B/OSS investments.”

“Our enablement of OS.Order2Cash demonstrates the carrier-class nature of our product, and confirms Mr. Banerjee’s assessment of our technology as Best-of-Breed,” said Zarar Rana, CEO and President of ConceptWave Software Inc.

ConceptWave Products are highly flexible and can accommodate legacy, next-generation and hybrid infrastructures by employing the latest technologies and emerging standards.
