Inceptive Solutions Announces New Director of Sales

inceptive solutionsInceptive Solutions Inc., a small business solution provider that offers services, products and grant funding to help entrepreneurs and small business owners start or grow their business, has announced the promotion of Justin Nowak to Director of Sales.

In his position, Justin will be responsible for end-to-end sales and developing market positions in the vertical markets. He will also provide leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales department, analyze the company’s current sales statistics to determine potential business growth, and coordinate sales operations with other corporate divisions. Justin is a huge supporter and active in the entrepreneurial community. He likes to write about small business ideas and interview small business leaders. He is also involved with StartUp Weekend as a Facilitator and an active member of The YEC where he spreads the word about how being an entrepreneur is awesome to young people!

“Helping entrepreneurs and potential entrepreneurs succeed has always been my passion. I have spent the last couple of years focusing more on this passion as I believe entrepreneurship is the way to go.” says Nowak. “Working with Inceptive Solutions will allow me to make an impact at the front line, and really make a change in people’s lives!”

Inceptive Solutions’ CEO, Derek Ho, says that he was impressed with Nowak’s personality and professional drive. He says that Nowak’s knowledge of the start-up industry, combined with his proven sales experience, made him the ideal candidate for the position.
