Radiant Communications Corp., a Vancouver-based provider of managed network and cloud hosting solutions for medium-size enterprises, today announced that it has once again achieved Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) version 2.0 Compliance for Service Providers. Radiant’s network and cloud services are certified to meet the most demanding security requirements in the industry with PCI DSS compliance on both its core network and enterprise cloud computing environments.
The independent PCI Security Standards Council was created by five global payment brands, including Visa, American Express and MasterCard, to develop comprehensive standards to improve the security of payment card transactions. According to Visa’s Cardholder Information Security Program, all merchants and members are required to use PCI DSS compliant service providers.
“As network and infrastructure solutions continue to grow in complexity, adhering to security standards and processes is critical. Radiant’s robust security standards and processes, including PCI DSS compliance, gives our customers the confidence that our systems are secure and the integrity and privacy of their sensitive data transmitted through Radiant’s network and cloud infrastructure is safeguarded,” said Radiant President and CEO, Paul Healey.
Radiant follows the stringent PCI DSS requirements for security management, policies and procedures to safeguard and protect their customers’ sensitive data. PCI DSS compliance is another example of Radiant’s commitment to providing its customers with the most secure services and solutions in the industry.
