Amazon.ca has announced the launch of Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), a new service for third-party sellers that provides access to Amazon’s world-class fulfillment and customer service resources and expertise. With FBA, sellers of all sizes can choose to have Amazon pick, pack and ship their products directly to customers and offer customers benefits like Amazon’s Free Super Saver Shipping, acclaimed customer service and easy returns for orders placed on Amazon.ca.
“Fulfillment by Amazon is a win-win for Canadian customers and businesses,” said Steve Oliver, director of Amazon.ca. “Customers will benefit from an even greater selection of items with free shipping and a trusted experience, while businesses can take advantage of our world-class fulfillment services and focus their efforts on growing their business.”

It’s simple for sellers to get started with FBA. Once a seller’s account is registered, they can begin uploading and managing their listings, and a “Fulfillment by Amazon” logo will appear next to the items – letting customers know that the item is eligible for Amazon’s free shipping and customer service. By having products stored at Amazon’s fulfillment centers, goods can be quickly picked, packed and shipped directly to customers – letting sellers focus on expanding their business. FBA also provides tools to allow sellers to track their inventory and overall sales.
