AudienceView Deployed by Tuacahn Amphitheatre and Center for the Arts

audienceviewAudienceView has been deployed as the new ticketing and customer relationship management (CRM) solution of the Tuacahn Amphitheatre and Center for the Arts, a professional non-profit presenting and production organization in Ivins, Utah that offers exceptional live arts, professional theater and concerts that promote family values and education.

“We had been running a homegrown system since 1995 and wanted more modern, robust, state-of-the-art technology to enhance the experience of our patrons while providing business efficiencies,” said Scott Raine, Executive Director of Marketing and Development. “AudienceView is enabling all of our ticket sales and tracking fundraising and donor support in a single, integrated system. A full, 360-degree view of our patrons, partners and sponsors will undoubtedly help us maximize sales and donations, and cultivate even stronger relationships with our robust and loyal supporters.”

AudienceView’s white-label solution integrates traditional box office and online ticket sales, funds management, advanced CRM and a proprietary content management system (CMS) in a single, web-based solution. Tuacahn is providing a superb, one-stop online experience for its patrons via the AudienceView CMS, selling single performance tickets, season tickets, gift cards, merchandise, dinner packages and accepting donations. Future Tuacahn website enhancements will include a variety of travel and tourism packages, incorporating hotels, rental cars, golf and other leisure activities. Reporting and business intelligence features ensure Tuacahn always has a full understanding of its patrons so the organization can implement successful one-to-one marketing with individual preferences in mind.

The Tuacahn Amphitheatre and Center for the Arts is a popular destination venue because of its programming and close proximity to the beautiful Zion National Park and Grand Canyon. The theater itself is nestled at the foot of 1,500-foot red rock cliffs, providing a spectacular backdrop for the intimate, 1,920-seat outdoor amphitheater. Surrounding grounds are landscaped to complement the beauty of the surrounding canyon. The amphitheater also features a grand water feature that can create floods and other mesmerizing effects right on the venue stage.

Each year, Tuacahn produces several professional musicals in repertory. Current productions include the hit musical Hairspray and a new stage adaptation of Disney’s beloved Aladdin film. Tuacahn is the only off-Broadway organization to have staged productions of Disney’s Tarzan and Little Mermaid. Additionally, the venue presents concerts by well-known artists and musical acts, with past performances by Martina McBride, Deana Carter, the Beach Boys, Rick Springfield and guitar legend Peter Frampton.

“We are extremely pleased to welcome the Tuacahn Amphitheatre and Center for the Arts as a partner,” said Jeff Koets, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at AudienceView. “We look forward to creating a strong and lasting relationship with Tuacahn, taking them well beyond their homegrown roots to ensure a modern, future-proof experience for the organization and its patrons.”
