Immersion Media acquires The Eventrix Partnership

mini-orbyToronto based brand experience agency Immersion Media is pleased to announce their recent acquisition of The Eventrix Partnership, a national leader in large-scale Event Production and Public Relation services.

“We’re thrilled to be merging Eventrix with the Immersion team.” said Immersion Media Partner and Group Account Director, Rich Padulo. “We’ve been working with them for years, so joining forces was a natural evolution. Immersion Media and Eventrix together have executed turnkey programs within all business categories, from automotive to financial institutions to packaged goods and retail. We’re definitely looking forward to putting their large-scale event and public relations expertise to work by coupling it with our experience in activations, sponsorship and digital and mobile medias. We’re betting on this expanded service offering being of great value to our Clients and Partners.”

For Clients, working with the newly revamped Immersion Media means they’ll have one-stop access to wider avenues and opportunities for integrated brand experiences. According to Greg Cosway, President of Eventrix, the move over to Immersion was a logical and effortless step.

“This merger pairs our skill set with a truly dynamic team,” Cosway explained. “It gives our Clients an expanded breadth of services and what I believe to be one of the best in class offerings in our field.  We have an integrated value proposition with all these services now found under one roof.  All this, while still offering our traditional capabilities, and letting Clients continue to deal with people they have come to know and love. The move is really a win-win for our team and our clients alike.”

As a result of the merger, Immersion Media moved into a bright new office space in Toronto’s Liberty Village district. The larger space allows the newly expanded company to continue to build its profile as a leader in brand experiences and events.
