Academy of Design Video Game Design & Development Graduating Class Project Showcase

aodtOn June 20th, 2012, Academy of Design Video Game Design & Development July 2012 graduates will be presenting their final project at the Steeles Campus from 6:30-8pm The event takes place at the Academy of Design’s Steeles Campus, located at 2000 Steeles Avenue W.
Goldwing is the newest game to be developed by graduating students as their final project. It is a head to head fighter where dragons are the characters of choice. There can be up to four players who will fight in an open based environment. This game will be played on the PC and will require an Xbox 360 controller. These four dragons will battle against each other to see who will clinch the number one spot.

This is a great opportunity to see the work that goes into a video game. In addition, attendees at the presentation can also demo games developed by past students to show the wide variety of types of games that students can make. Students and faculty will be present at the event to answer questions about the curriculum, course load, student life, and career opportunities in Video Game Design & Development at Academy of Design.

Please visit the event page to RSVP if you are interested in attending this event.
