Carl Youngman Joins Board of Directors at Bluedrop

BlueDropBluedrop Performance Learning Inc. announced earlier today that Carl M. Youngman,  a globally recognized authority in Entrepreneurship and Managing Growing Businesses and the author of “In Search of Turnarounds” has accepted a position as a Special Advisor to the company’s Board of Directors. 

Currently serving as an instructor at Babson College of Massachusetts, Carl has more than forty years of experience in business management. He is currently the Chairman of Youngman and Charm, an equity investment, management, and financial advisory firm that provides financial and strategic positioning services. In this capacity, Carl provides CEOs with advice on strategic planning and development, change and culture management, and financial investments.

A Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP), Carl received a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. He is one of the founders of the Turnaround Management Association, a former Vice-Chairman and the principal author of its Code of Ethics, as well as a trustee and a member of the Finance Committee for Lesley University. In addition, he has been a Board Member for over 50 companies, including NYSE and NASDAQ public companies and a partner in several private equity firms with total assets under management of 1 billion dollars.
