Ivrnet Closes Deal To Acquire TxtMeNow

irvnetIvrnet Inc. is pleased to announce that it has received the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange and completed the previously announced transaction to acquire Calgary-based TxtMeNow mCommerce Inc.
