[1]February 1st marked the beginning of an exciting venture for Producer/Director Thomas Newman as he launched an IndieGoGo campaign [2] for his next project, Deadsville [3]. The filmmaker is using the latest resource known as Fan Funding where by people like you and I are asked to help pay for his up coming “featurette”, by donation. This method is being used more and more each day as producers reach out to their movie going fans to help fund their projects.
The “perk” of course is that you as a donor will recieve great giveaways and screen credit. And when it comes to the Deadsville IndieGoGo campaign, there is no one else giving away the types of items he has on his list. Things such as t-shirts from his last movie Bong of the Dead [4] and full-size zombie busts.
