Undercover Boss Canada Announces Two Additional Bosses

w networkTwo additional companies will be sending their bosses to the frontlines on Corus Entertainment‘s W Network new Alliance Films series, Undercover Boss Canada. Canada’s largest fitness company, GoodLife Fitness (Jane Riddell, COO) and resort and destination community innovators, Skyline International Corus EntertainmentDevelopment (Michael Sneyd, CEO) join the series which follows 10 executives as they leave the comfort of their offices to go undercover in their own companies. Produced in association with W Network, Undercover Boss Canada premieres Thursday, February 2 at 9 p.m. ET/PT.

Goodlife Fitness and Skyline International Development join the ranks of previously announced undercover companies including The Toronto Zoo ( John Tracogna, CEO ), Pizza Pizza (Paul Goddard, CEO), 1- 800 -GOT-JUNK? ( Brian Scudamore, Founder and CEO), Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) ( Karen Stintz, City Councillor and TTC Chair ), Cineplex Entertainment (Ellis Jacob, CEO), Molson Coors Canada (Kelly Brown, Chief Legal Officer), Second Cup (Stacey Mowbray, CEO) and FedEx Express Canada (Lisa Lisson, CEO).

Each episode of Undercover Boss Canada features an executive who is transformed into a frontline worker with a covert disguise and a convincing back story. Working alongside their employees, each “boss” takes an often emotional journey, discovering the effects their decisions have on others, the perception of the company, and who the unsung heroes of their workforce are. Most importantly, they learn how to apply what they have gained from the experience – both for their company and for themselves.

The air dates for Undercover Boss Canada are as follows:

•  Episode 1: The Toronto Zoo airs Thursday, February 2 at 9 p.m. ET/PT
•  Episode 2: Pizza Pizza airs Thursday, February 9 at 9 p.m. ET/PT
•  Episode 3: 1- 800- GOT-JUNK? airs Thursday, February 16 at 9 p.m. ET/PT
•  Episode 4: The Toronto Transit Commission airs Thursday, February 23 at 9 p.m. ET/PT
•  Episode 5: Cineplex Entertainment airs Thursday, March 1 at 9 p.m. ET/PT
•  Episode 6: Molson Coors Canada airs Thursday, March 8 at 9 p.m. ET/PT
•  Episode 7: Second Cup airs Thursday, March 15 at 9 p.m. ET/PT

Additional scheduling information will be announced at a later date.

Undercover Boss Canada is based on the format devised by Studio Lambert, part of the ALL3MEDIA group of companies. Undercover Boss has been seen in over 175 territories to date through sales of the UK and USA show and as a format sale – ALL3MEDIA International will also take responsibility for marketing the Canadian show to other broadcasters internationally.
