Decimal Opens Ottawa Office

decimalDECIMAL, a consultant and software provider in the field of costing and budgeting, is pleased to announce the appointment of Henri Besnier, CMA, M.Sc., as Vice-president for the National Capital Region. With the opening of the new office in Ottawa’s World Exchange Plaza, public sector organizations and local businesses can quickly and efficiently obtain professional management accounting services.

As the main contact person for the Ottawa area’s business community, Mr. Besnier will put his more than 15 years’ experience in consulting and financial management to good use. A certified management accountant and with a Master’s degree in Management Control, Henri is an expert in the field of management methodologies, IT and financial / operations management. Upon his return from Costa Rica, after almost five years as the Director, Finance and Administration of a company there, he became Senior Manager at DECIMAL.

With respect to Mr. Besnier’s most recent appointment, Stéphane Gaouette, DECIMAL’s President, said: “DECIMAL is proud to have a man of Henri’s calibre as part of its management team.
