Inceptive Solutions Announces Sponsorship Of StartUp Weekend Montreal

Adding to the previously announced Premier Sponsorship of StartUp Weekend Calgary, Inceptive Solutions is proud to announce today that it will continue their involvement in Canada’s start-up scene with the sponsorship of Startup Weekend Montreal.

Derek Ho, CEO of Inceptive Solutions, says “Our goal when launching Inceptive Solutions was to help as many Canadian entrepreneurs as possible. By sponsoring Startup Weekend Montreal, it gives us an opportunity to do exactly that. Being at both StartUp Weekend events in Montreal and Calgary on the same weekend brings us one step closer to accomplishing our goal. We look forward to working closely with the organizers of Startup Weekend Montreal to help showcase why Montreal is a leader in the start-up community.”

Startup Weekend Montreal is set to take place during the weekend of February 3-5, 2012 at HEC Montreal. Inceptive Solutions has committed to awarding $8,500 in-kind services to the event and incubation space to the winner beginning June 2012 in their just launched Thinc.Space incubator.

“Startup Weekend Montreal will gather the best entrepreneurs from Montréal, and we’re more than happy to have Inceptive Solutions as a partner.” states Heri Rakotomalala, organizer and also a local tech community leader. “Startup Weekend is a demonstrated platform to launch solid businesses, and having Inceptive Solutions giving valuable support to winning teams will help those start-ups succeed”.

In the past six months, Inceptive Solutions has become a major sponsor at several StartUp Weekend events across Canada including Hamilton, Calgary and now Montreal. They look forward to expanding their portfolio of StartUp Weekend events in 2012.
