Two Ontario companies, 01 Communique Laboratory Inc. and WiLAN Inc. have commenced litigation in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia against Bomgar Corporation, a company headquartered in Mississippi.As per the terms of the previously announced agreement between WiLAN and 01 Communique, WiLAN subsidiary, Gladios IP will assist 01 Communique in its lawsuit against Bomgar for patent infringement of its remote access technology, specifically 01 Communique’s U.S. Patent No. 6,928,479.
