Talent Technology Corporation, a leading provider of talent generation solutions, has announced the release of the latest version of their Talemetry™ talent generation suite. Talemetry offers solutions to help organizations source better talent, drive recruitment marketing initiatives, and more effectively engage with candidates. This latest release further enhances the ability for Talemetry customers to find and attract the best talent.
Included in the release is a significant update to Talemetry Match, which delivers a redesigned user interface designed to help novice and experienced recruiters search, rank, and contact candidates from virtually any internal job database, job board or social network. Recruiters simply enter the main keywords from the job description and Match will suggest related terms to help refine searching from multiple sources of talent without the need for complex Boolean strings.
In addition, the release includes a new candidate profile viewer to simplify the experience of reviewing candidates. This viewer allows recruiters and hiring managers to review each candidate’s information in a clean, easy-to-read and consistent format regardless of the original format. The result is a dramatically easier way to compare candidates.
