Vancouver – Recruiting software provider Talent Technology is expanding into international markets as part of its plans to maintain the continued growth it has seen since inception in 1999. Expansion plans have focused on Australia and Europe, but have seen the corporation create a client base in 12 countries.
Talent Technology is offering both its Resume Mirror technology components and its HireDesk applicant tracking system internationally. “Our range of technology enables us to provide solutions for job boards, software firms, recruiting firms and HR departments. We have great options for clients with existing recruiting software they want to improve or for those who want a complete, out of the box system” says Praj Patel, EVP of Talent Technology.
With a growing number of resellers and staff based in Europe, Talent Technology is making a long term commitment to international growth. Leveraging existing relationships with Oracle, SAP and Lawson provides access to international markets and the clients within that arena. Collaborating with these partners’ global sales teams and systems integrators to connect areas of expertise with customers forms the strategy behind these international partner relationships. “These connections have proven successful in accessing and supporting international clients”, says Jade Bourelle, CEO of Talent Technology. “We’ve found that by communicating via the client’s trusted provider we are able to demonstrate products with a greater knowledge of their needs.”
Nick Tsaousidis, Managing Director of Adventus is focused on reselling Talent Technology’s HireDesk product in Australia. “HireDesk software is being well received by our clients. It allows them to save time and streamline resources for recruitment firm owners and HR professionals, allowing them to focus on achieving their objectives rather than worrying about productivity.”
Mark Ridley, Director of Technology at reed.co.uk notes that “Talent Technology’s Resume Mirror Extraction Enterprise product offered an attractive package that allowed us to trade the challenges of our current system for a simple per-transaction model. Added to this, we found that ongoing support from Talent Technology and the integration APIs were clear and well documented. Our trial systems took less than a week to develop, with 80% of the work for inclusion in live systems already completed in the trial.”
The new international footprint allows Talent Technology to support its existing clients by implementing the product across their worldwide offices and, in turn, underpinning their global recruiting efforts. “One customer implements our Resume Extraction technology in over 40 countries,” notes Rick Barfoot, VP of products and services at Talent Technology. “Our expanded customer support allows us to understand language and localization needs to better serve these clients.”
Recently launching German language capabilities in its industry-leading Resume Extraction product, Talent Technology has implemented one of the largest banks in the world and given the Swiss client an opportunity to enhance their existing software recruitment investment by centralizing all paper, fax, website, job board and emailed applications.
