The founders of LaunchRaft decided to provide this service when they were looking to incorporate their own business and found the process very inefficient. According to them, information regarding the pros and cons of various forms of business organization was scattered all over the web and the process to register a business was very confusing. Finally, when they did turn to companies providing assistance with registering a business, they discovered wide spread false marketing and misleading price advertisements.
