QuickMobile Continues International Expansion With London Office

quickmobileAs part of its ongoing international expansion, QuickMobile, a Vancouver-based provider of mobile event app solutions, has announced the opening of its London office, which will support customers and partners in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. To manage the London office, QuickMobile has hired Banks Holcombe as General Manager of EMEA. Holcombe comes to QuickMobile with more than 16 years of international business development and sales management experience, most recently serving as Senior Manager of Emerging Markets, EMEA for The ACTIVE Network. As part of ACTIVE’s EMEA management team, Holcombe was vital in its success as the fastest growing division worldwide. He also oversaw the largest employee recruitment drive and spearheaded the Global Employee Satisfaction Task Force.

Prior to opening the London office, QuickMobile established numerous partner relationships that have allowed the company to expand its reach and customer base around the world. Among its global partners are BI Worldwide, AIMIA, PSAV, Jack Morton, and iBAHN.

“Over the past several years, we have provided mobile event solutions for a large number of associations, conventions and corporate events across EMEA, and now is the right time to establish our presence to further our growth in these regions,” said Patrick Payne, CEO of QuickMobile. “Mobile technology continues to transform meetings and events, and with our new multi-event platform, we can deliver an even more engaging mobile experience for large corporations throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa.”
